Postcard from Calabria

Hi!
The situation in Italy is slowly stabilising, and meanwhile I want to show you a few shots from beautiful Calabria that my Muse and I took in July 2018. The following sets were taken on:
– narrow streets of Tropea – an incredibly lovely Italian town located on a high cliff above the Mediterranean Sea,
– a black beach going along the coast of Stromboli island,
– a private beach of the Le Playe hotel that we were staying in.
I took all of the photos with Canon 5d Mark IV + Canon EF 85mm f1.2 L II.
Hope you enjoy it!

Animals

Hi!
Starting tomorrow there is going to be a change in the quarantine restrictions and all the parks will be reopened, but as a warm up for you I have a set of my photos of animals from the Poznań Zoo. After over a decade of taking photos, last year I felt just tired with it. Over the past years I have photographed weddings, products, fashion, advertising campaigns, architecture, CEOs, cars, landscapes… but I’ve never been interested in nature photography. Last Summer I’ve decided to change that and figure out what makes so many people do it with such passion.

Neon Love

Hi!

On this occasion I’m sharing the photos we took in our tiny apartment at the end of last year, proving that even in a time of quarantine you can create something magical at home. Lighting setup at the end of the post.

intimate

Hi!
Today a very quick post, a few photos that I digged out of the depths of my hard drive. The photoshoot took place back in June 2017 – so it’s definitely stood for a while. We were working in a no longer existing studio Gwiazda, and the model was my personal Muse. I was using a large softbox 100x80cm, hung on a maximum height of 3-meter stand that I placed about 5-6m behind the model. On a few of the photos I added a strobe with grid, and its light was bounced from the white wall of the studio, in order to give a soft light and fill the shadows a little bit. I photographed the whole thing with Canon 5d mk4 + Canon 24-70 2.8 L lens.

Natalia Sensually

Hello fellow Blogreaders!
I’ve made another sensual photoshoot with gorgeous Natalia. Contrary to our previous session, this time I’ve decided to do the whole thing with natural light. I let myself have more fun with colours than I usually do, and as a result, I made plenty of photos with various lightings. We were shooting on a cloudy Winter afternoon, in an ordinary apartment that at the first sight doesn’t seem like anything special, but has truly wonderful light. I took all of the photos with Canon 5d mark IV + the legendary lens Canon 85mm f1.2 L. Hope you enjoy it!
